Connect your MyPost Business account to Australia Post Shipping

In this article we'll step you through the process of connecting your MyPost Business account to the Australia Post Shipping app.


To fulfill orders & print labels using the Australia Post Shipping app you'll first have to connect your MyPost Business account to the app.

MyPost Business is an account with Australia Post which allows businesses to manage fulfillments, print labels, save on shipping costs, and also pay for their shipping online.

If you haven't already opened your MyPost Business account you'll need to do that first (it's free of charge). Find out everything you need to know at the Australia Post MyPost Business page.

Connect your accounts

  • Choose the 'MyPost Business' platform.

  • On the 'Create account' screen, fill in your MyPost Business account details.

    Enter anything you like in the 'Name' field, this is only used as an internal reference for yourself.

    The email and password you enter are those that you use to access your MyPost Business account. Click Save.

You're all set. Now that your MyPost Business account has been connected you should resync your locations then you can create your first fulfillment.

In this example we add a new account and select MyPost Business as the account type.
