Deactivate or reactivate your eParcel account
You might like to deactivate your eParcel account if you don't want to use eParcel for your fulfillments anymore. You can reactivate it at anytime.
All you need to do is head to your settings and change your account status.
From your Australia Post Shipping dashboard, click Settings, then Accounts.
Select the account you require, then you'll see you can change the account Status to either 'Active' or 'Inactive'.
Make your selection then click Save when you are done.
