Refresh your Australia Post business account

If you make an important change to one of your Australia Post business accounts, you'll need to let our app know to look for that update.


When you make an important change to your MyPost Business or eParcel account, such as adding a Business Credit Account, our app needs to know about the update. Simply head to your account settings in Addition: Australia Post Shipping and 'Refresh' your account.

  • From the Australia Post Shipping dashboard click Settings.

  • Click Accounts, then select the account you wish to refresh.

  • Next, click the Refresh button at the top right, and you're done.

Now your Addition: Australia Post Shipping account will be synchronized with your Australia Post business account.
