Resync locations in Australia Post Shipping

If you update your shipping locations in your Shopify store, you should resync your locations in the Australia Post Shipping app. We'll explain why and how.


Locations are a physical place you ship your products from. In Shopify you can specify multiple locations if you need, for example if you have multiple stores, or have a warehouse that you ship from separate to your office.

You might update your locations if you move, open another store, or rent a warehouse to start shipping from.

If you do update your locations in Shopify, you will need to resync these locations in Australia Post Shipping for these changes to be reflected in your fulfillments.

To resync your locations

  • From your Australia Post Shipping dashboard, click Settings.

  • Next to 'Locations' click Resync Locations.

Your locations are now synchronised across both platforms, and you are ready to create our first fulfillment. Follow our guides Create a MyPost fulfillment in Australia Post Shipping or Create an eParcel fulfillment in Australia Post Shipping to find out how.

In this example we resync locations in Australia Post Shipping with the locations in our Shopify store by clicking the 'Resync Locations' button in Settings.
